We shouldn’t consider health a destination at which we hope to arrive but rather a direction we travel on the road of life. No matter how far I may travel across this great world I can always turn towards home and start walking–one step in the right direction and one step at a time. You can be healthier tomorrow than you are today simply by the choices you make. Don’t worry about the scale or step count on your pedometer. They won’t tell you if your healthy or not.  Choosing to be healthier is its own goal.
